ACADEMY SESSIONS
Think of these as small, position-specific clinics. Each session focuses on a single skill or positional area and is intentionally limited in size to maximize repetitions, individual coaching, and athlete development.
SETTER ACADEMY
Designed specifically for setters who want to become more confident, consistent, and high-IQ decision-makers.
GROUND ACADEMY
Focused on developing elite back-row skills including passing, serve receive, defensive positioning, and ball control.
AIR ACADEMY
Focused on developing correct hitting and blocking mechanics to become a more complete front-row player.
FLIGHT SCHOOL
Designed for athletes who want to jump higher, move more explosively, and attack more efficiently. Sessions emphasize proper jumping and arm swing mechanics and also include a plyometric workout to improve vertical jump and overall explosiveness.
TRAINING LEVELS
Academy Sessions are offered in two levels so athletes can train alongside others with similar experience and ability.
X1 – Designed for younger or developing athletes, typically middle school players or athletes who are newer to a position. Sessions focus on building strong fundamentals in a supportive, high-repetition environment.
X2 – Designed for experienced athletes, typically varsity or near-varsity high school players. Sessions are faster paced and build upon established fundamentals with more advanced training.
