Service Description
Front Row Academy X2 provides advanced hitting/blocking training for the experienced athlete to hone their skills and prepare them for the next level. Each academy session is limited to a maximum of 10 athletes to ensure a high number of reps along with plenty of coach feedback. No two sessions will be the same as each will focus on different aspects of hitting. Significant emphasis is placed on maintaining a proper arm swing, approach, and jump mechanics.
