Service Description
Front Row Academy X1 focuses on fundamentals of hitting and blocking for the developing athlete to build a solid foundation for years to come. Each academy session is limited to a maximum of 10 athletes to ensure a high number of reps along with plenty of coach feedback. Significant emphasis is placed on the development of a proper arm swing, approach, and jump mechanics.
