Service Description
Flight School is designed to help athletes jump higher and attack more efficiently. Sessions emphasize proper jumping mechanics, safe landing technique, proper arm swing mechanics, and volleyball-specific movement patterns designed to improve both performance and durability. Boot Camp provides comprehensive athletic training that incorporates plyometrics, core work, and yoga to improve vertical leap, body control, and stability. This training will help athletes increase vertical leap, power output, and jumping endurance to sustain them through long matches and tournaments. Whether preparing for higher-level competition or building a stronger athletic foundation, Flight School + Boot Camp helps players elevate every aspect of their game above the net.
